Tito Ortiz Should of Lost to Rashad Evans In Fight I

I went to the UFC in Sacramento to see Tito Ortiz and Rashad Evans fight and even though it really was a good fight I think this fight really showed that Tito is on his way spiraling down and that the UFC needs to tighten up the rules just a little bit more. I believe Tito is having a harder time with fighter of the same size as him and this showed in his last fight. In fact he should of lost that fight to Rashad Evans based on the fact that he held on to the ring half the time while Rashad was taking him down to the floor. This is where the rules need to be tightened if take downs give you points on the board in your over all fighting then hanging on to the ring side should be double negative points when another fighter is taking you down. I was discouraged when the final was a draw, I feel this was compete and utter, BS. If the fight was a draw and holding on to the ring is illegal then that should sway the judges in favor of Rashad Evans.
